You can use a computer or mobile device to access files and applications on another computer over the Internet with Chrome Remote Desktop. The web portal doesn’t replace the existing Chrome app - it just makes it a whole lot easier to use the feature, which is a blessed relief for anyone who has ever had to talk their parents through a necessary computer task.
